A transcendent coffee experience — easily one of the best cafés I’ve ever visited. JINGS Specialty Coffee is the kind of place that doesn’t just serve coffee — it pulls you into a whole different emotional atmosphere. Stepping inside, I was met with soft piano music, a gentle rain outside, and this warm curtain-like aroma of espresso that felt like it was tucking me in. I genuinely felt myself dissolving into the moment — in the best, most grounding way. I started with a flat white, which was beautifully balanced: bold, chocolate-leaning espresso wrapped in warm milk and thick, silky foam. The temperature was perfect for drinking right away, and the flavour was expressive without being bitter or heavy. When I mentioned this to the barista — who is also the owner — his whole face lit up, and he explained the intention and craft behind the in-house espresso blend. That moment alone told me this place is built on passion. Next came the sourdough dill tuna melt, and it completely stole my heart. The flavour was so eloquently pronounced that it pulled me away from everything else happening in life. The side salad was just as impressive: tomatoes lightly sweetened by the dressing, crisp lettuce that tasted clean and alive — “like the earth without dirt,” if that makes sense. Every detail felt intentional. Then I indulged in a tiramisu and a mocha, both of which were crafted with the same care: delicate presentation, balanced sweetness, rich but never overwhelming. The mocha especially showcased the café’s ability to blend chocolate depth with espresso clarity. I finished with an Americano, and that was the moment everything clicked. The owner dialed the espresso-to-water ratio specifically to my preferred caffeine intensity and flavour complexity. It was a 12/10 experience — bold without bitterness, smooth, layered, and genuinely one of the best Americanos I’ve ever had. By the end, I realized I wasn’t just enjoying coffee — I was experiencing someone’s art, their attention, their philosophy. I left infatuated and temporarily obsessed with the place. This isn’t simply a café — it’s a small sanctuary where craft, comfort, and human connection meet. They absolutely haven’t seen the last of me. If you’re anywhere near Subang Jaya, do yourself the favour of coming here. (Obvious chat-gpt usage for stringing my thoughts and notes about this place together. Seriously, after two years without visiting a coffee shop, Jing’s genuinely had me tearing up.)

Extensive menu of food and drinks, took me a good 10mins to decide what I wanted. Eventually ordered the matcha latte, sunrise passion soda, grilled chicken and waffles with honey butter, the bill came up to RM70 which is the standard pricing for cafes. Enjoyed the food and drinks, good music and vibes. The staff are friendly and patient. Overall, one of the better cozy cafes in USJ with ample parking in the afternoon.

Their Tiramisu is good. Prices of their drinks reasonable. Morning sun shines into it so depending on where U sit maybe warm. Overall I like this cafe. Will be back to try other stuff.

First visit to this cafe on an early Sunday morning. Ordered hot Americano, hot flat white, salted egg croissant and tiramisu. The Americano was bold and smooth, with a pleasant acidity that didn’t overpower. It’s a solid pick if you like your coffee straightforward and no-nonsense. The Flat White perfectly balanced espresso-to-milk ratio with right amount of foam. The Tiramisu was light, airy and not overly sweet. You could taste the espresso in the soaked layers and balance mascarpone filling. Each bite was soft but held its structure, not too soggy or dry. A generous dusting of cocoa on top gave it a rich finish without overpowering the other flavours. The Salted Egg Croissant with flaky pastry and warm salted egg filling that leaned towards savoury. The ambiance was cozy with a minimalist aesthetic, nothing too flashy, just warm tones and soft music. Service was friendly and efficient. Shall be back soon for the tiramisu and coffee.

Popped by for a tiramisu fix, and was not disappointed. The tiramisu was light and airy but definitely leaned more to chocolatey than coffee-y taste. The hot lemon (hot water with lemon slice) was RM8, whereas the English Breakfast tea was RM9. Both of these seemed a tad bit overpriced but maybe that's just the poor in me talking and that's general cafe pricing nowadays? Did not manage to try the coffee this round but they appeared to have a really wide selection available. The atmosphere was really nice and lively, perfect spot for a date or catchup with friends. Parking was surprisingly easy to find, however it could be because it was a public holiday. Overall, worth a try if you're in the area and looking for a chill cafe or quick dessert stop
